Roofing across the Phoenix East Valley

We stay tight geographically so we can show up fast. Free photo inspection across all of it. Pick your city for the local detail.

Why we don't claim the whole state

Plenty of roofing companies list every city in Arizona on their website. It reads well and it means very little, because a crew can't hold a schedule across a hundred mile spread. We stay inside the East Valley so that the appointment window we give you is one we can actually keep.

If you're outside the areas below, call anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit rather than booking you and rescheduling twice.

The roof you have depends on where you live

The East Valley isn't one roofing market. It's several, and they were built in different decades with different materials.

Tempe and central Phoenix hold the oldest stock, with far more low slope and flat roofing, foam systems and parapet walls than anywhere else nearby. Those roofs fail at drainage and at wall junctions.

Mesa and Scottsdale span the widest range, from 1950s homes through to current construction, so the answer genuinely depends on the cross streets.

Chandler, Gilbert and Ahwatukee are largely tile over housing built from the 1980s through the 2000s. A great many of those roofs are reaching the point where original underlayment stops performing, often street by street because they went up together.

Queen Creek is the newest, on larger and more exposed lots, where wind damage and installation details matter far more than age does.

What every one of these areas has in common

Sun that runs well over a hundred days a year above one hundred degrees, attic temperatures that can reach one hundred and forty to one hundred and sixty, and a monsoon season from mid June to the end of September that brings gusts past sixty miles an hour. That combination ages a roof faster than the rating on the packaging assumes, wherever in the Valley you happen to be.
