After a microburst or hail cell, small damage becomes big water. We inspect, photograph, and map what we see so you can decide next steps with clear eyes.
Real humans. East Valley crews. Usually same-day or next-day photo inspections.
Storm season runs from mid June to the end of September and it doesn't behave like rain elsewhere. A microburst can bring gusts well beyond sixty miles an hour, arriving with dust ahead of it and a large volume of water immediately behind. A roof that has spent nine months under relentless sun meets all of that in one afternoon, and anything the heat quietly weakened tends to give way at that moment.
We photograph what we find and provide written notes, so you have a clear record if you choose to open an insurance claim. What we won't do is tell you a claim will be approved. That decision sits with your insurer and the adjuster who inspects, not with a roofing contractor. Anyone guaranteeing an approval before anyone has been on the roof is telling you something they have no way of knowing.
Within days of a significant cell, out of area crews appear in East Valley neighbourhoods knocking doors. Some are legitimate. Others push for a signature on the spot, offer to absorb your deductible, and have moved on to the next state before any workmanship problem surfaces.
A reasonable filter: will they inspect and show you photographs before asking you to sign anything, are they local enough to still be reachable in five years, and are they willing to tell you nothing is wrong. A contractor who finds damage on every single roof after a storm isn't inspecting, they're selling.
Nothing. If we get up there and the roof came through fine, we'll tell you that and there's no charge. The monsoon checklist covers what you can safely look at yourself before calling anyone.
We schedule a photo inspection, get on the roof where it's safe, and review what we found with you in plain language. You'll see the same pictures we do, and you'll know whether repair, partial work or full replacement is the smart play before anyone talks about money.
